DTC Social Media Edits
As a Social Media and Marketing Associate for American Exchange Group’s multiple brands, I developed and executed digital content strategies to support various DTC goals. Using Premiere Pro for video editing and After Effects for graphics, I created engaging visuals, filmed content on my phone, and collaborated on set for multiple shoots to refine our creative direction. These experiences helped shape future campaigns by identifying key trends and improving content production workflows.
White Mountain
Goal: Promoting one of the styles from the brand’s Fall 2023 line
Achieved by: I used footage from the Fall 2023 shoot I was part of, applying simplified editing to highlight the style and showcase its look and versatility. Being on set gave me a clear sense of how to sequence those clips together.
Aerosoles
Goal: Showcasing popularity of a certain style before it sells out
Achieved by: grabbing comments from potential customers that saw Aerosoles featured on an influencer’s page. Overlayed the comments over a professional video of model wearing the featured products, simple editing with motion graphics and timely sound bite
iTOUCH Wearables
Goal: Teasing the brand’s major collaboration with fitness expert and media personality, Jillian Michaels
Achieved by: Collaborated with Jillian Michaels during her appearance at CES in Las Vegas, 2022. Shot and used the footage of her wearing her product with her limited edition band.
Goal: Showcasing the brand’s comfort technology to demonstrate the shoe’s flexibility and comfort
Achieved by: Having myself wear various Aerosoles flats while performing ballet moves. Edited the video to have the shoes seamlessly change with every move while also highlighting the shoes’ ability to bend and twist without breaking. This was used as a paid ad on both Facebook and Instagram
